Thank you Jimmy! They did an amazing job I love how outgoing they all are, keep conversation and maintaining professionalism. Super cozy and got me in/out. Don’t believe all the hate. Try them out for yourself! And if you don’t like your nails, goodness gracious SPEAK UP before they continue or before you walk out. :)
They did a great job with my toes and nails. She nailed it! Love the way they came out and the ladies and gentlemen there are so nice! I will absolutely be back!
PLEASE READ and believe the one star reviews I should’ve read over more before booking Don’t waste your time or your money. (Jimmy) the nail tech was extremely rude and made unnecessary comments like “I can tell you never get your nails done,” which was unnecessary and childlike. I’m a travel nurse and have been to plenty of nail salons/techs — this place is not even worth the poor review. I asked for a fresh new set of French tips and this is what I got. The acrylic was glued underneath my nail bed. When I asked him to remove it, he tried to force me to pay first. Then he said he would remove it, but only clipped the top and refused to properly fix the issue. Even the clipped version looked better than the original “finished” set shown in the photos. He said that he doesn’t want to remove the nails that he doesn’t have time. Due to him refusing to take it off jimmy and the owner of the salon said I could leave feee of charge( I don’t have to pay) I even offered to pay for the set if it was redone properly, due to my sling being cemented and burning under my nail bed. Which shows I was willing to resolve the situation fairly. That option was declined. The pictures speak for themselves. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else. I left the nail salon like this.
Highly satisfied as always. Alex goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are satisfied. I’ve been going to see her for just over a year now and I have NEVER had any complaints or been disappointed with my nails. I get a new set every 3 months and a fill every 2/3 weeks and rarely have a problem with lifting or nails popping off. My nails always last. First pic is inspo pic and 2nd pic is my actual set. Nail tech that performed my pedicure was also very professional and did an awesome job. Always walk out feeling like a brand new person and highly satisfied. Definitely a 10/10
I loved coming here but after today i will not return! I used to go every two weeks faithfully. Today i asked for a full set with a specific design in which Alex did not deliver & i wish she would’ve said she couldn’t do it rather than doing something that was not what i asked for. While i was getting a pedicure i told her i wasn’t happy with them to take it off please do something else or leave it plain because at that point i was just over it. Alex asked what was wrong with the design i said everything im just not happy with it & her response was “why didn’t you say it when i was doing it?” “I tried my best” I should’ve but i didn’t think it was as bad as it was until i really looked at them. I understand you “tried” but that was far off what i asked for! Honesty is what you should’ve gave from the beginning instead of rushing my service because someone walked in for a full set! While i understand you are understaffed it was completely rude & disrespectful to take from my time that i booked for. Alex did in fact take off the design but still charged me $80 for a full set of plain nails & gave me $10 off the original $90 (with design) that i didn’t walk out with. Which is absolutely ridiculous! Truly the worst experience & to think I’ve sent multiple people to their establishment! Just wasted $130 of my hard earned money & completely dissatisfied after telling her this was my set for my birthday! Thanks for your horrible customer service.
